Christian conduct and attitudes apply to everyone. Additionally there are rules and regulations which require special attention in order to keep a safe and healthy camp experience. These are listed here.

It is our belief that the way an organization handles itself in the financial realm is a reflection of its integrity in every other area (Luke 16:10-12). Therefore, we believe we have limitations on the way we solicit contributions and the the way our resources are used. The Board of Directors of Piedmont Christian Assembly, Inc. is the governing body of Park Springs Camp. By-laws have been established to determine how funds are spent.

 

Park Springs Christian Center respects the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about you. We have adopted an Online Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information you provide.

Please note that this policy applies only to sites maintained by Park Springs Christian Center and not to web sites maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link.

Often times a group only needs to rent our facilities for a day, rather than for overnight housing. We are pleased to offer our campus to you for “Day Use”. Your group will have access to the campus from 9AM until 9pm.

As a “Day Use” guest, you are entitled to all of our Recreational Facilities, both Indoor & Outdoor at no additional cost, with the exception of our Archery Range and Challenge Course.

The buildings of the “Accommodations” page (Retreat Center, Cabins, Dining Hall and Kitchen) are not accessible for “Day Use” guests. If you desire to use any of these buildings, you can discuss their rental with our office.

MULTIPLE GROUPS

Please be aware that your group may not be the only group at camp at any given time. While your group will have exclusive use of your rented accommodations; the grounds, gym, and pool may be shared with another group. Exclusive use of the facilities by your group can be obtained at the time of your booking by paying for a minimum count of 65 people.

- Cancellation 90 days or more, prior to your event, ensures a full refund of your Reservation Deposit.

- Cancellation less than 90 days, prior to your event, forfeits any refund of your Reservation Deposit.

- Deposits for reservations made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable if canceled.

- Emergency-caused cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
