THIS PROPOSAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Camp rules must be followed at all times. We are an alcohol free campus.

Cancellations MUST be 60 days prior to Retreat date to receive a full refund. If retreat

is cancelled less than 60 days before the retreat, a 50% deposit will be forfeited. 

If you cancel within 2 1/2 weeks of your Retreat, $150 of your deposit is

nonrefundable.

To keep food costs low, we cannot offer dietary options, i.e. gluten free, diet food or food

allergies.

Please speak to our administrative assistant for any questions concerning food.

Our commercial kitchen is available for rent with a $150 refundable deposit and the cost

of $75 per day.
